How this Detroit water damage line works
This site is a phone line. When you call, the call goes to an independent water damage restoration company that works in Detroit and the cities around it.
Call the line
(313) 788-9835You'll talk to a Detroit-area restoration company. Say where the water is coming from.

Who answers
A local restoration company answers. They do the work, set the price and stand behind the job; this site doesn't. If you'd rather check them out first, ask for their company name and look them up before anyone comes to the house.
What to say when you call
- Where the water is coming from: a pipe, the floor drain, the roof, an appliance, or outside.
- How deep it is and which rooms it reached.
- Whether the water is still coming in, and whether the power is on in the wet area.
- Your street and the nearest cross street.
Those four answers tell the crew what kind of water it is and what to bring. The pages on sewer backups, burst pipes and storm water explain why the source matters.
What it costs
The company that answers gives the price, on the phone or after they see the water. This site lists no prices because a few inches of clean water from a pipe and a basement full of sewage are different jobs. Before you call your insurer, read the water damage insurance guide.
